Ingredients
¼ teaspoon (5 grams) of Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera)
1 piece of small clove roasted and crushed
2 pieces of black pepper roasted and lightly crushed
150-200 mg of water
Boil the water. Once the water starts boiling add all the ingredients and let it boil for another 10 minutes.
Remove from fire; strain it and drink hot or cold.
Add on can be few drops of lime juice
